Delivery

Every gate is made to order in our workshop. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting, which is why we can build any size in our range without holding stock.

How long it takes

Manufacturing: 5 working days from when your order is confirmed.

Delivery: 3 to 5 working days after your gate leaves us.

You will see an estimated delivery date at checkout, and we will contact you if anything changes.

Free delivery

Delivery is included in the price to mainland UK. There is nothing to add at checkout.

We are not currently able to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly. If you are outside our delivery area, call us on 01793 939601 or email support@steelandsap.com and we will quote separately.

How your gate arrives

Gates are delivered by XDP. They will contact you by text and email with a two-hour delivery window, and you will get photo proof of delivery.

Please make sure there is safe access to your property and someone available to receive the delivery. Gates are heavy and a driveway pair may need two people to move.

If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available or access is unsuitable, we may have to charge for redelivery.

When it arrives

Have a look at the gate before the driver leaves if you can. If anything is damaged, take a photo and email support@steelandsap.com. Telling us quickly helps us put it right faster and support any claim with the carrier.

Your gate remains at our risk until it is delivered to you.
