WHY MADE TO ORDER
Your opening is not a standard size
Most gates sold online come in a handful of stock sizes, shipped flat-packed from a distribution centre. If your opening happens to match, that works.
Openings usually do not match. They are 1050mm, or 1140mm, or the ground slopes. A gate that nearly fits gets packed out with offcuts, or trimmed down until the frame is compromised.
Building to size costs us no more than building to stock. So we do that instead — widths in 50mm steps, heights from 900mm to 1800mm, framed, ledged and braced in our own workshop.
01 — MEASURE
Measure your opening at the top, middle and bottom, and use the smallest. Account for 20mm clearance.
02 — CHOOSE
Pick your style, then your width and height from the dropdowns. Anything outside the range goes through our bespoke form.
03 — WE BUILD
Your gate is cut, framed and braced to your measurements. Five working days, not five weeks.
04 — DELIVERED
Arranged directly with you — no missed deliveries.

Wider than 1200mm, taller than 1800mm, sloping ground, an awkward opening, or a design you have seen somewhere else. Send us the measurements and we will come back with a price within one working day.
